  • Honduras switches on 43-MW biomass plant

    This week the Honduran Green Power Corporation inaugurated a 43 MW biomass plant. Located in the Sula Valley, the project will move Honduras one step closer to reaching its target of 80% renewables. The plant, which cost USD 130 to construct, will process grass, pinewood, palm tree and sugar cane bagasse.
