The IDB approves loans for a total of US$650 million to Uruguay and Argentina to aid in the low-carbon energy transition

The IDB has approved two lines of credit to Uruguay and Argentina, one of US$150 million, and another of US$500 million. The loans will be used to meet the goals of the low-carbon energy transitions in both countries.
