Sam leads KPMG’s Deal Advisory engagements in the Cayman Islands. He is the Head of Infrastructure and co-Head of M&A for KPMG member firms across the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Bermuda and the Crown Dependencies. He has advised on a number of private sector hospitals, schools and hotels projects and specializes in producing business cases for major public sector projects, advising the Cayman Islands Government on a number of its airports and schools developments, as well as the ongoing energy-from-waste and residential mental health facility projects.
