Sonnedix has submitted a new environmental impact statement for its 150 MWp Tres Cruces solar project in Chile’s Atacama region. The redesigned project features more powerful panels, a smaller footprint of 249.5 hectares, and a 150 MW/750 MWh lithium iron phosphate battery storage system, replacing the earlier 2021-approved design.
