Pre-CREF Utility Workshop Expanded to Full Day; Preliminary Line-Up Announced

The annual Utility Workshop, a cornerstone of CREF’s offering to Caribbean utilities, has been expanded for 2016 to a full day. Taking place over the course of October 17th, topics will include the transition to utility 2.0, grid modernization, energy storage, advanced distributed generation strategies to reduce peakload consumption, and mitigating the impact of changing weather patterns on utility infrastructure. A stellar line-up of presenters includes Jorge Camacho, Chief, Office of Infrastructure & System Planning for the Public Service Commission of the District of Columbia; Mark Martyak, Executive Vice President, PowerSecure; Bruce Tsuchida, Principal at The Brattle Group; and H.G.
