Polaris Renewable Energy has signed a 30-year agreement with Mexico’s CFE to develop three solar-plus-storage projects totaling about 249 MW of solar capacity and 192 MWh of battery storage. Located in Quintana Roo, Tlaxcala and Sinaloa, the projects represent an estimated US$217 million investment and are expected to begin commercial operations in 2028.
