Petrobras, in partnership with WEG SA and Norway’s Statkraft, has installed Brazil’s most powerful onshore wind turbine, a 7 MW unit located at the Seabra Wind Farm in Bahia. The turbine can generate about 2,500 MWh per month—enough to power 15,000 homes annually.
