Peru has granted a permanent land easement for the 94.22 MW Wayra Solar project in Ica, supporting its development as part of the country’s first large-scale hybrid wind and solar complex. The project will contribute to a combined capacity of over 400 MW and is expected to generate enough electricity to power around 230,000 homes annually.
