The organizers of PR-GRID are pleased to announce that Noel Zamot, Revitalization Coordinator for the Financial Oversight & Management Board (FOMB) of Puerto Rico, has confirmed his participation in PR-GRID. Mr. Zamot leads efforts around Title V of PROMESA, a federal provision allowing for the expedited review of infrastructure projects in Puerto Rico regarded as “critical.” At PR-GRID he will speak to the current pipeline of expedited projects, and describe ongoing opportunities for investment in energy infrastructure in Puerto Rico.
