Jamaica’s Minister of Finance and the Public Service Confirms for CARIF

We are excited to announce that the Hon. Nigel Clarke, DPhil., MP, Jamaica’s Minister of Finance and the Public Service and Member of Parliament, has confirmed his participation as a Keynote at the 8th annual Caribbean Infrastructure Forum (CARIF 2024). Minister Clarke will detail Jamaica’s development strategy and outlook for the island’s ambitious infrastructure program.
