Jamaica’s incoming Minister responsible for energy policy, Dr. the Honorable Andrew Wheatley has confirmed his participation in CREF 2016 and as a speaker on the Ministerial Roundtable discussion on October 18th. Jamaica is a market in transition: renewables are increasingly front and center, as is natural gas. Minister Wheatley joins a blue ribbon session at CREF ‘16 comprising Minister Boyce of Barbados, Minister Douglas of Dominica and Minister Liburd of St. Kitts.
