Jamaica will invest US$50 million over the next 18 months to improve water and other critical infrastructure in rural communities. The program, backed by US$35 million from the Caribbean Development Bank and US$15 million from the Government, will fund new and upgraded water systems alongside improvements to sewerage, roads and electricity infrastructure across several communities.
