The 2020/21 IRAC Task Force is charged with the development of an island Resilience Scorecard. As the IRAC Task Force builds out the scorecard, a ministerial-level panel at the 2021 Caribbean Infrastructure Forum – the largest annual gathering of the regional market – explored how it might be deployed across island nations to attract investment into resilient infrastructure. The ministerial session was followed by an interactive market-led response session designed to gauge market appetite for the scorecard.
