Inkia Energy aims to become Peru’s largest renewable power producer with gigawatt-scale wind and solar projects

Inkia Energy has announced plans to expand its installed capacity and become Peru’s largest renewable power producer by developing a pipeline of gigawatt-scale wind and solar projects. The company plans to contribute approximately 1 GW of solar power to the National Interconnected Grid starting in late 2025. Additionally, Inkia is expanding a photovoltaic farm in Southern Peru from 228 MWp to 338 MWp, along with two new wind projects that will have a combined capacity of at least 600 MW.
