Indonesia Energy Corporation (IEC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Brazilian oil company Aguila Energia e Participações (AEP) to explore hybrid natural gas and solar power projects for data center operations in Brazil. The non-binding agreement targets two pilot projects in Brazil’s northeast, each starting at around 10 MW with potential to scale beyond 400 MW, aiming to create self-sustaining energy infrastructure for data centers and high-performance computing.
