The organizers of CREF 2016 are pleased to announce that Hon. Ian Douglas, Dominica’s Minister of Energy, has confirmed he will participate as a speaker at CREF 2016. Hit hard by Tropical Storm Erika in 2015, investment in renewables was sidelined. Now on the path to recovery, Dominica’s bid for a resilient energy matrix – with the ongoing geothermal project the centerpiece of national efforts – is back on track.
