The platform will be hosted in a Tier III data center in Asunción, likely operated by Tigo Paraguay, and will serve academic, research, enterprise, financial, and healthcare sectors across Paraguay and South America. Deployment is planned for Q1 2026, featuring an enterprise-grade GPU cluster in a data center powered by renewable hydroelectric energy.
