Sebastián Greco
is Head of Strategic Services for BHP Minerals Americas business, including the accountability of both energy, water and Infrastructure strategies for the operations in Chile.
He holds a MSt in Business and Sustainabilty from Cambridge University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in Chile. Sebastián started his professional career in the aviation industry in different logistic roles, and since he joined the mining industry with BHP in 2008, he has been leading strategic energy issues through different perspectives including planning, commercial and corporate affairs roles. His recent activities include leading the implementation of the strategy to transition to a renewable power supply for BHP operations in Chile. He is engaged in promoting the decarbonisation of BHPs operations in Chile considering the unique renewable energy sources of the country
