Mónica Gasca Rojas is the Energy Advisor for the Minister of Energy and Mining of Colombia. In charge of leading key strategies for the Energy Transition of the country; the Energy Transformation Mission which aims to establish the roadmap for the modernization of electricity and gas sectors; the Geothermal Initiative and the hydrogen strategy.

Economist and Magister in Public Policy Economics from Universidad del Rosario. More than six years of experience analyzing and developing regulation and public policies related to renewable energy and energy transition.
