Israel Hurtado is an energy attorney and the Founder of the Mexican Hydrogen Association. He is also currently the President of the Mexican Academy of Energy Law and Professor of Energy Regulation at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. Previously, he held the position of Head of the Legal Affairs Unit of the Secretary of Energy and Commissioner of the Energy Regulatory Commission.
