Hydrogen National Officer, Brazil
Patricia Naccache is the National Hydrogen Officer at the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), where she leads the hydrogen agenda in Brazil. Previously, she served as Deputy Director for Energy Transition at Brazil’s Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), coordinating policies on hydrogen, offshore wind, and energy transition. She also worked as an advisor to the Deputy Minister at MME and was part of the regulatory strategy teams at CPFL Energia and Energisa, two major Brazilian energy utilities. Patricia was a researcher at the Center for Studies in Regulation and Infrastructure (CERI) and at the Brazilian Institute of Economics (IBRE) at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and volunteered at the NGO Revolusolar. She holds a BA in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance from PUC-Rio.
