Director of the Department of Energy Transition
Chemical Engineer, graduated from the Federal Institute of Maranhão – IFMA (2012), with an MBA in Public Management (2016). She holds the position of Infrastructure Analyst in the federal government. Currently, she serves as Director of the Department of Energy Transition within the National Secretariat for Energy Transition and Planning at the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), coordinating planning activities related to Isolated Power Systems, the National Energy Transition Policy — particularly the FONTE program —, the National Hydrogen Program (PNH2), the development of the regulatory framework for offshore energy, and other low-carbon energy initiatives.
From 2021 to 2023, she worked as a Technical Advisor at the MME, contributing to innovation and competitiveness by supporting studies and initiatives in partnership with international institutions, as well as proposing regulatory adjustments. From 2019 to 2021, she served as a Coordinator at the Ministry of Cities, overseeing the selection and monitoring of macro-drainage projects in risk areas and contributing to improvements in the Risk and Disaster Management Program.
Her main areas of interest include the implementation and monitoring of infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on the energy and environmental sectors, as well as project and process management within Public Administration.
