Director
Isabela Morbach holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from UFPA. She is a specialist in Economic Law from FGV/SP, has a Master’s degree in Financial Law, and a PhD in Energy Planning, both from the University of São Paulo. In 2019, she was a visiting scholar at the Centre for Environmental Policy at Imperial College London. She is a partner at the law firm Costa Rodrigues Advogados, focusing on regulation and policies for energy transition, decarbonization of the economy, carbon markets, and other incentives for decarbonization. She is also the Director of CCS Brasil, an organization that promotes the implementation of carbon capture and geological storage projects in Brazil.
