With over 15 years of experience in developing and managing infrastructure capital projects, Felipe currently holds the position of Global Business Lead for Hydrogen and Low Carbon Fuels at Arcadis. In this role, he leads business and client development initiatives across multiple countries. Additionally, Felipe serves as the Head of Energy Transition for Arcadis Brazil, where he leads the delivery of technical solutions to assist clients in their energy transition journeys.

His extensive experience encompasses various segments within the energy sector, including Transmission and Distribution, Green Hydrogen & Ammonia, Solar & Wind, Thermal Power Plants, Offshore Wind, and Hydropower. Over the past three years, Felipe has successfully led over 15 green hydrogen and derivatives projects at Arcadis, collectively representing more than 10 GW of installed capacity.

Felipe holds a degree in Engineering from FEI and is certified as a Hydrogen Consultant Expert by the Renewable Energy Institute. His professional background encompasses expertise covering the entire project lifecycle, including conceptual and detailed engineering, environmental and social permitting, project and construction management, as well as EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management) across various sectors within the energy market across Latin America.
