Dolf Gielen is the World Bank hydrogen programme lead since 2022 and oversees the Hydrogen for Development Partnership as well as hydrogen technical assistance and preparation of financing activities. Previously he has been leading the innovation and technology analysis activities in IRENA and IEA. Dolf has a PhD from the Technical University of Delft in the Netherlands.
