She has over 10 years of experience in development projects, particularly in infrastructure financing. Most recently, she led the Emergency Operation for Ukraine’s Recovery and Reconstruction, including projects in the energy sector, at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Prior to that, she served as the Resident Representative at JICA’s Office in Panama, where she headed the Urban Development and Infrastructure team, overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects in the transport, energy, and water sectors. She is currently working as a co-financing coordinator in the Infrastructure and Energy Department of IDB.
