Kentaro Kunikata has broad experience in analyzing energy policies and financing in the energy sector across Latin American countries. He is currently working to establish an enabling environment for green hydrogen development within the project implemented by Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) with the Vice Ministry of Mines and Energy in Paraguay.
