Gabriela is an Industrial Development Specialist at the National Confederation of Industry (CNI) in Brazil, working at the intersection of ecological transition, sustainable industrial development, and decarbonization strategies. With a background in Transport and Logistics Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), and advanced studies in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering at the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), her academic focus centers on materials, manufacturing, and automation. Additional qualifications include an MBA in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology – Paraná (UTFPR), and ongoing doctoral research in sustainability maturity models and circular economy. 
Professional experience spans innovation management, technology maturity assessment, and strategic intelligence for sustainable development. Throughout a multidisciplinary career, technical expertise and a systems-thinking approach seek to drive meaningful change in industry. Contributions include research at ITA’s Competence Center in Manufacturing and leadership in open innovation labs. Current work supports national-level industrial policies aligned with global climate and sustainability goals.
