New Energy Events, hosts of the Hydrogen Congress for Latin America and the Caribbean (H2LAC), the largest annual gathering of the regional Hydrogen market, announced the three winners of its second H2LAC Industry Awards. The Awards – which recognize excellence in projects, programs and people driving forward the Hydrogen economy in Latin America and the Caribbean – were honored on stage at the 3rd annual H2LAC in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
THE WINNERS OF THE H2LAC 2023 INDUSTRY AWARDS:
- 2022-23 Hydrogen Energy Leader MVP: Yeimy Báez Moreno, VP of Gas, Ecopetrol
- Best Pioneer Hydrogen Production Project in LAC : P&D Pecém H2V | EDP
- Best Government Initiative: Accelerating a sustainable and green hydrogen industry in Chile | CORFO
The H2LAC Industry Awards are judged by an independent panel of industry experts from across the region. The Awards recognize stakeholders across Latin America and the Caribbean who are making a lasting impact on the development of Hydrogen in the region.
