GTD to invest US$13 million in second phase of Lurín data center to strengthen Lima as Andean digital hub

GTD plans to invest US$13 million in 2026 for the second phase of its Lurín data center near Lima, Peru, which is part of a broader US$50 million project with 20 MW capacity and space for 960 racks. The expansion aims to reinforce Lima as a key digital hub in the Andean region, with the second phase expected to be operational by 2027. GTD already operates 11 data centers across Chile, Colombia, and Peru, supported by an extensive fiber network.
