Grenada has launched early market engagement for a national battery energy storage project at Maurice Bishop International Airport, with a planned capacity of 10.6 MW / 21.2 MWh. The project will be developed in phases, supported by the Caribbean Development Bank and The World Bank, with initial procurement expected in 2026.
