Terranova to invest US$1.5B billion in AI-focused data center campuses across Brazil, Mexico, and Chile

Terranova, a new Latin American data center platform backed by Actis and General Atlantic, plans to invest US$1.5 billion over three years to develop data center campuses in Brazil, Mexico, and Chile. The platform will focus on large-scale, AI-oriented, energy-efficient sites, with the first campus in Querétaro, Mexico, expected online in Q1 2026, followed by campuses in Campinas, Brazil, in 2027, and later in Chile.
