Omnia, the data center platform of Brazilian private equity firm Pátria Investimentos, has acquired full ownership of the CDV DC I S.A. project in Ceará by purchasing Casa dos Ventos’ stake. The site will house a 300 MW data center for TikTok, poised to become the largest single-client facility in Brazil.
