The Dominican Republic, through INDOTEL, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Government of Spain and satellite operator Hispasat to explore participation in a regional telecommunications satellite project. The initiative aims to improve digital connectivity in underserved areas by developing sovereign digital infrastructure.
