Dominican Energy Sector leaders have confirmed their participation in CREF 2015. Marcos Cochón, General Manager of Compañia de Electricidad de Puerto Plata, (CEPP), Juan Rodríguez Nina, Executive Director of Comisión Nacional de Energía (CNE), and Jean Alain Rodríguez, Executive Director of CEI-RD, the national investment promotion agency, are amongst key energy sector stakeholders who have confirmed their participation as speakers at CREF 2015. The Dominican Republic is rich in scale and opportunity; the underlying environment for renewables development, however, is challenging. CREF 2015 will seek to provide actionable insight into how to navigate the market, and where opportunities for development lie.
