Joscelyn is the Head of Stakeholder Engagement, International and Briefing for the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles, currently focusing on supporting strategic policy planning, knowledge sharing and preparations for COP26 in Glasgow. Joscelyn has previously led the Government’s proposals for chargepoints in all new residential and non-residential buildings was the policy lead for the Government commissioned Electric Vehicle Energy Taskforce. Joscelyn has a MEnv, BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Leeds.
