Dr. Kelvin Michael George, PhD, A talented and accomplished public policy analyst, administrator, project manager and consultant, and business analyst with over 20 years of combined experience locally, regionally and internationally. Dr. George has a proven track record in projects’ tripple constraint management, KPIs development for infrastructure capital projects, project risk analysis and management. Currently, Dr. George satisfies the position of Director of the Division of Economic and Technical Cooperation within the Ministry of Finance, Economic Development, Physical development and Energy, Grenada.
