Vice President
Christina Becker-Birck is a Vice President at the Cadmus Group where she leads the firm’s portfolio of energy, climate and international programs. An expert in renewable energy, climate resilience, international development, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, Christina Becker-Birck works closely with national governments, financial institutions, and companies on program design, implementation, and strategies to reduce investment barriers. She currently is advising a series of islands on electric vehicle strategies, including working with CARICOM on the Regional EV Strategy (REVS). She has experience in numerous jurisdictions around the world and possesses deep expertise in the Latin American, Caribbean and North American markets. Before joining Cadmus, Christina led the international energy and climate practice as Vice President of Meister Consultants Group. Prior to that, she conducted investor research on how policy design affects investor risk with Deutsche Bank and held positions at Volkswagen and the German Marshall Fund of the United States. Christina holds a dual Master in Public Policy and Public Administration from the London School of Economics and the Hertie School of Governance and a bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College. She is on the Board of Directors of A Better City and an Advisory Board Member and Policy Expert for the Clean Energy Solutions Center, and she chairs the Policy Committee of the Caribbean Green Technology Center of the University of the Virgin Islands.
