Andre Escalante is the founder and Managing Director of Energy Dynamics Ltd (EDL), a Trinidad based Energy Service Company (ESCo) with operations throughout the Caribbean. He has a BSc (UWI) and a  MSc (UK) in Engineering and a Global Energy MBA from Warwick Business School (UK).

He has served on the inaugural Environmental Committee of the Caribbean Hotel Association (CHA – now called the CHTA) and was a former Secretary of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) based in Atlanta USA. He has also served on the Trinidad Energy Chamber Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Committee.

Amongst his clients have been the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association (CHTA), the Caribbean Development Bank, the German GIZ, CARICOM, International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), and a host of private customers in the Caribbean.
