Additional Registration Items

Aggregated Procurement Workshop

Hosted by CCREEE, the Aggregated Procurement Workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 14, from 9:00 am–12:20 pm at the Hilton Panama. The workshop is optional and is not included in the main CREF registration fee.

Participation is complimentary for eligible representatives of Caribbean governments, utilities, and regulatory bodies. Eligible participants should contact us to receive the appropriate registration link or access code.

For all other attendees, the fee is $325. The workshop can be added during the CREF registration process or by modifying an existing registration. Capacity is limited, and participation is subject to availability.

Women in Renewable Energy Luncheon

The annual Women in Renewable Energy Luncheon, co-hosted by CCREEE and the Caribbean Climate-Smart Accelerator, will take place ahead of the official opening of CREF on Wednesday, October 14, from 12:30–2:00 pm at the Hilton Panama.

The luncheon is complimentary, and attendance is by invitation. CREF registrants will have the option to request an invitation during the registration process. Capacity is limited, and attendance will be confirmed separately.

Special Rates & Discounts

We’re committed to making CREF accessible to the full spectrum of stakeholders driving the Caribbean energy transition. The following discounts are available for eligible participants:

Caribbean Government Ministers and Senior Officials. We’re pleased to offer up to three complimentary passes per Caribbean jurisdiction for government ministers and senior officials. Additional government participants may register at a significantly discounted rate.
NGOs & Academic Institutions. We offer a substantial discount to representatives of NGOs and academic institutions. This discount must be applied at the time of registration and cannot be applied retroactively. Please include a .org or .edu email address when requesting the discount.
Group Registrations. Bringing your team to CREF? We offer discounted rates for groups of two or more from the same organization. It’s a cost-effective way to maximize your team’s exposure to the full CREF experience.

Accommodation

A limited number of rooms are available at the event venue, the Hilton Panama, at a special CREF rate of $219 USD per night ($249 USD for double occupancy).

We recommend booking early, as availability within the room block is limited and expected to sell out. Booking information will be provided in your registration confirmation email.
