Over the next eight months, Colombia will be taking steps to improve its renewable energy sector. Colombia’s Ministry of Mines and Energy and FDN, a national financial institution have partnered to strengthen the Integration Programme of Renewable Energies (PER).
This new partnership, through a signed agreement, will endeavor to update the PER with new regulations, and policies and make the sector more attractive to developers through financial instruments and potential projects.
