Chile’s Enap nears completion of first green hydrogen plant in Magallanes

State-owned Empresa Nacional del Petróleo (Enap) is close to completion of Chile’s first green hydrogen plant in Cabo Negro, Magallanes. The 1 MW facility — featuring German-made PEM electrolyzer technology — is expected to be fully operational by early 2026.
