Chile has unveiled its first hydrogen-powered bus, developed through a public-private collaboration led by Corfo, Colbún, Anglo American, and Reborn Electric Motors. The 8.5-meter bus, with a range of up to 600 km, will begin testing in 2025. It is designed for both urban and rural environments and is intended for use in public transport, schools, and universities to promote technology transfer.
