Chile’s development agency Corfo has introduced a new subsidy program to promote green hydrogen use and supply chain development in the industrial region of Biobío. The initiative will fund up to 60% of project costs, capped at US$5 million per project. Aimed at sectors like steel, petrochemicals, and refining, selected projects must be completed within six years, with winners to be announced in November 2025.
