The organizers of the Cuba Energy & Infrastructure Forum are proud to announce that the event will be co-hosted by the Cuban Center for Renewable Energy (CETER). Dr. Conrado Moreno, former Director of CETER, will chair the Forum. CETER comprises part of Cuba’s elite Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría (CUJAE). Many of Cuba’s energy sector leaders are graduates of CUJAE, several were taught by the Forum chairman, Dr. Moreno. In addition to his leadership role at CETER, Dr. Moreno is also a Vice President of the World Wind Energy Association and a Member of the Board of CUBASOLAR.
