The company argues that recent changes, including the draft Transmission System Usage Agreement and a federal decree altering network access rules, could prioritize other projects and limit its ability to contract the full transmission capacity. Casa dos Ventos requests that Aneel ensure priority and capacity reservation through 2030 to maintain project feasibility.
