T.J. O’Sullivan is the Director of Destination Development Caribbean and Americas, at Royal Caribbean Group. At RCG he previously held the roles of Director of Global Tour Operations, Senior Manager in Commercial Development, and Worldwide Manager in Port Operations. He has created shoreside infrastructure projects and ventures to support Royal Caribbean’s strategic growth objectives, including the development of port and commercial facilities.

Mr. O’Sullivan provides guidance and leadership to global destinations about port and shore excursion development, particularly from an end-user perspective, ensuring planning meets the needs of the cruise guests, as well as practical port development input with a specific understanding of the needs of port operations and shore excursions.
