Marco joined IDB Invest in 2014 and works as an Investment Officer within the Infrastructure and Energy Division. He is responsible for originating and structuring financing operations in the transportation, energy, water and sanitation, and social infrastructure sectors in Latin America and the Caribbean. Before joining the IDB Group, Marco worked for more than six years in France within the financial services industry at Ernst & Young, HSBC and Rothschild working on M&A operations, valuations and other financial services. He has extensive experience in structuring corporate and greenfield projects and equity and debt solutions for international and regional clients. Marco earned a master’s degree in Finance & Strategy from the Sciences Po Paris (France).
