Elisabeth Krimmel is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s U.S. Government and Public Services practice and leads Deloitte’s U.S. Airports Practice. With nearly 13 years supporting clients from across the aviation ecosystem, she brings deep expertise in aviation and border security screening and operations, and frequently works with cross-border teams to apply global-leading security screening best practices in areas such as biometrics / facial recognition. Liz also helps airports design strategies accelerated by technology that directly impact airport service quality (ASQ) and customer satisfaction (CSAT), focusing on creating seamless experiences for travelers and improving how airports action customer feedback in real time. Leading Deloitte’s support for one of the world’s busiest airport authorities, she frequently advises on how airports can leverage the power of technology to improve the passenger experience and optimize airport operations. And, she’s helping her airport clients reimagine the customer and employee experience post-pandemic through implementation of touchless digital solutions.
She holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and a Masters Degree in Public Policy from American University, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
