Over the past 30 years, Bruce Levy has held key executive positions in the US and International Energy Sectors. His experience includes development, operating and finance roles in both regulated and competitive energy businesses. Bruce currently serves as President of BMR Energy LLC, a joint venture with PE firm American Capital Ltd to develop and invest in Energy Infrastructure Projects throughout the Caribbean and Central America. Initial projects include wind and solar generation in Jamaica, wind generation in Mexico and hydro generation projects in Central America. Prior to BMR Energy, Bruce served as President and CEO of International Power’s North America region where he was responsible for the company’s 7,000 MW of natural gas, coal, wind and solar power assets. He also held key positions at the US power company GPU Inc., serving as the company’s CFO and as President of GPU International where he led the company’s non-regulated power generation in the US and internationally and electric utility distribution in South America, Europe, Australia and Asia.
